The Saudi Building & Construction Management Company (SBCM) executed the urban furniture project for plots 3.13 and 3.03, under the supervision of Landworks Studio Inc., with a total value of SAR 536,820. The project encompassed the design, fabrication, and delivery of high-quality UHPC urban furniture, including tables and chairs in multiple models, with a unified design pattern applied to 48 GRC pieces, enhancing production quality and manufacturing efficiency. The team successfully overcame challenges such as a tight schedule, the design of custom brackets for securing the pieces, as well as managing the precise fabrication and removal of closed molds, while utilizing specialized equipment and brushes for finishing processes.
