Compound, Villa, and Hotel… Stunning Designs with Ashbilia Arts – GRC

We aim to enhance the visual perspective through modern designs for public and private buildings, squares, and parks across Saudi Arabia, bringing together designers and engineers with extensive experience in exterior facade decoration using the latest finishing materials.

Today, we present three examples: a residential compound, a private villa, and a hotel from Ashbilia Arts’ decorative works.

First: Raseel Residential Compound

Located in the Bijad Al-Makhzoumi area in Riyadh, Ashbilia Arts was responsible for finishing the exterior facade using GRC products. Canopies, frames, and multiple decorative shapes were implemented to create visual harmony throughout the complex.

Second: Private Villa

With professional precision and creativity, Ashbilia Arts completed the exterior facade of a private villa, executing decorative elements such as columns, capitals, railings, frames, and cornices using GRC to showcase a classical villa masterpiece.

Third: Al-Ulya Hotel

Located in Riyadh, Ashbilia Arts completed the exterior facade works of Al-Ulya Hotel, designing and implementing various exterior decorations including cornices, balconies, frames, railings, and modern GRC ornamentations.
