Finishing stages from A to Z – Part One

The finishing process begins immediately after constructing the building. Proper sequencing of finishing stages is crucial to achieve the desired quality and reflect the personal taste and social status of the residents.
To ensure correct finishing, each step must follow a fixed order, so that one stage does not precede another, avoiding rework and potential financial losses.
Finishing stages in order according to engineering specifications and standards:
Thoroughly clean the site, remove debris, and clean the street as well.
The electrician determines the locations for electrical switches, telephone, television, and internet points.
If you select security systems for fire or theft alarms, ensure the electrician accounts for this in the electrical points.
Telephone wiring should be centralized, using dedicated telephone cables with 6 or 8 lines.
Request directional switches (detection switches) to control lighting from two directions for each room.
Keep in mind that the electrician may not think of all your preferences, so clearly request everything you want before they begin work.
Discuss the placement of electrical outlets and switches in all rooms, lighting points, and wall-mounted panels with the electrician.
If you want an intercom with a camera, inform the electrician accordingly.
After the electrician determines all electrical points, workers begin breaking and installing electrical boxes.
The capacity of the main electrical breaker (panel) for each floor should be determined according to household needs.
Also, determine the air conditioning load, which is provided by the AC company.
Provide necessary precautions for future increases in the breaker capacity.
After installing the electrical boxes, install the panel box for each floor without the breaker.
The AC company installs plastic boxes at each AC point, whether you choose split, concealed, or cast types, and informs you of all details regarding the three types.
Water drainage pipes are installed inside walls down to the ground, without connecting them to the bathrooms at this stage.
The AC installation work then coordinates with the electrician to connect electricity to each AC point based on the AC company’s specifications and device load.

This concludes Part One of the finishing stages from A to Z. Part Two will begin with plumbing planning and the subsequent steps, following the engineering specifications for building finishing stages.
